The Wheel of Wholeness is a realization based process with Jungian roots, that is deeply informed by Wholeness Work to bring you to a real self discovery.

This course follows an introspective approach to dissolving the ego while exploring philosophic and scientific angles of wholeness from age-old teachings to modern day discoveries coming from highly esteemed experts across a wide range of fields.

This course is carefully designed by experienced Wholeness Work and Core Transformation guide Erin Brown to help you rediscover your true nature and integrate this into everyday life, applying both intellectual and experiential avenues to realization of the Whole Self.

The Wheel of Wholeness Online Course
Has Two Phases:


Foundation covers the core principals of working with shadow parts and resistance, plus some theory of how the structure of "I" creates deeply fragmented living.

Audio lessons are around 30 minutes each with a 10-15 minute meditation at the end that relates to the material covered.
These lessons introduce the topics within each PDF guidebook that corresponds to the Foundation Level. 

Each PDF guidebook covers several Key Concepts—interweaving written prompts so lived experience
can enter into the learning and create real insight.

The Immersion level of the course is intended to bring learnings of Foundation I & II to
lived, experiential moment-to-moment living.
Immersion offers specific ways to aid this integration. 

The purpose of the course is to offer tools, theory, socialization and specific ways to dissolve
inner separateness and reveal the innate singleness of being - or Wholeness.




This isn't a course about concepts or theories.
It's a living practice —
a journey of discovering and dissolving
the fragmented aspects of identity
that keep you from experiencing your wholeness.
