6 Sessions for $71.00 Each, coming to a total of $426USD for a Package of 6.
Regular 75 Minute Wholeness Sessions. If wanted, Core Transformation can be an additional modality we explore as needed. We
use whatever modality fits per session and may switch if it is wanted or seems helpful.
Bonus Q+A session extensions, making a 90 minute call is always an
option when there is extra support needed during the session, or additional questions
remain. In the case the guide’s schedule doesn’t allow for this, voice memos and Q+A
happen over Whatsapp
Client Support Information PDF sheets. Self-guiding, automatic
processing guides, core transformation how-to, and check-in information related to ongoing themes of change
A-Sync Support
‣ Ongoing Whatsapp dialogue (My number is +1-207-350-1519) to stay in touch and
give post-session feedback through.
Some sessions finish with a sign off without much dialogue. Sharing afterward
challenges and reactions that were noticed, OR moments that were enjoyable or rich is
welcomed!
‣ Some choose to send voice memos or texts after sessions to mention parts that come
up to be worked on in future sessions.
‣Sharing celebratory moments when patterns have shifted in day-to-day life
‣Noting challenges with self-guiding and receiving possible suggestions on how to work
with them.
‣ Questions about the process and the underlying mechanisms of change within this
context.
‣ Identifying polarities to parts that were worked on that come up.
‣ Voicing challenges that may be difficult to voice when on a live call for added
accountability and a practice of honesty- (with or without any direct guidance— it may be
used for insight into our ongoing work).
Permission To Not Track
‣ Session reminders that ongoing work on the unconscious structures of separation
happens below the surface whether the mind is engaged in “doing” the change, or not.
‣ The guide will keep notes in session and track ongoing areas to work with, reviewing
potential areas to explore at the beginning of each season
