Wholeness Work engages and facilitates awakening the nervous system—reaching a wisdom and freedom within that can anchor profound insights and realizations into direct experience.

During sessions, a guide supports the explorer as they are asked questions that delve into identity and belief, following the answers that arise while gently inviting awareness to naturally facilitate change.

Exploring this way allows patterns of tension to dissolve, along with habits and limitations stored within the body, which allows greater freedom, energy, and aliveness throughout oneself.

This process is useful for those who have a disjointed relationship with their body and/or feelings, general stress, sleep problems, as well as those with persistent negative patterns.

Wholeness often improves specific target-challenges while positively affecting most areas of life.
